2 3 4 5 Sessions

Hello everyone- I know I promised you I would post the groups tonight. I have some physio work to start tomorrow- and depending on the result of that- will be when I can start sessions again. So I will 100% post tomorrow. Unfortunatly my

progress is a little behind and now my toes are turning black :( because of the lack of circulation. I will be up and at it ASAP...as I can not wait to get back to work.
